"Amazing Stay at Cape San Blas! We had a wonderful stay at Cape San Blas with three families, and this home was perfect for our group. It was spacious, comfortable, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of room to gather while still offering privacy when needed.The kitchen was well equipped for preparing meals, and the living and dining areas were ideal for sharing meals, playing games, and making memories. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, comfortable, and convenient for everyone.Miranda was a fantastic host—helpful, responsive, and wonderful to work with throughout our stay. Her hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable.The location was excellent, with easy beach access even for a large group carrying plenty of gear. We loved the beautiful balcony views, which were perfect for morning coffee and relaxing. The pool was another highlight and provided a great place to cool off and have fun.Everything about the property worked perfectly for our group. Between the beautiful home, excellent amenities, convenient beach access, stunning views, and inviting pool, our vacation was truly memorable. We highly recommend this property for any family or group getaway and would absolutely love to return!"

"The house was very clean and had a great layout for couples or families, with every room having its own full bathroom. We loved the lift, which made it easy to bring up our luggage and groceries. We didn't realize it had one, so that was a pleasant surprise! The kitchen is the most well-equipped of any rental I've ever stayed in. The appliances are top-notch, and the cookware wasn't cheap and scratched up. We really appreciated that since we cooked a few nights. We were there during peak lovebug season, which was a downside. There was an infestation on the deck, which made it hard to enjoy sitting out there and getting in/out the door without them coming in with you. The beach was nice. It is car/golf cart friendly. Be aware that the channel current can be pretty swift the farther you go out, and it gets deeper just a few feet out. We rented paddleboards through VayKLife, which was offered through the house rental. They deliver and pick up, which was great. Going upstream was quite the workout. If we had life jackets, we would have gone across to St. Vincent Island. We love this area and the location. You are away from everything, but a short drive to Cape San Blas, Port St. Joe, or Apalachicola. The oysters in this area are the best! Our only complaint is that the dining room/living area didn't have window blinds, and the bunk room could use blinds or darkening curtains instead of sheer ones. Minor details that wouldn't stop us from staying here again."

"The house was very clean and spacious. The first night was a little rough but it was mostly due to the group we went with. They left after the second night and went to PC because there 4 teenagers were bored. Our kids are grown. My husband and I stayed and enjoyed the beach and the pool. I will say that the pool is a little walk from the house. If you plan on grilling just no they have community grills set up in different areas. All in all for the money it is a great place to visit. It not for people with kids that like to shop or just want to walk on the beach from where they are staying. Port St Joe is more for people who want to get away and take it easy."
