The staff were so very sweet and attentive. My AC broke one night and the immediately came and couldn’t fix it so they put me in another room for night to fix it. Beds were comfy, food was excellent, upstairs Sky bar has amazing views. Would definitely stay here again,

Food selection and quality is the weaker point here. The grounds are amazing. The rooms are nice. Location is beautiful and staff is very helpful and attentive. If they update their food selection this would be 5stars all day long.

Great helpful staff making us feel right at home! Definitely a partner destination far from everything but relaxing and quiet. Highly recommend the beach massage.. one of the best I’ve had. The breakfast isn’t the best but lunch and dinner make up for it. Keep in mind this is a boutique hotel with one restaurant and after a week you’ll know everyone

I had issues with the key fob not working probably 4 days out of my 10 there which was a really big annoyance because staff had to walk us up to our room each and every time we needed anything. If you’re looking for a place that has services past midnight or even a bar, this is not the resort for you. It was a small resort overall which meant not too many guests, that part I liked. The pool needs to be colder if possible, it felt like a hot tub

Amazing resort with the most attentive staff. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the food is delicious and we loved the pools on the property. The entire team at the hotel do such a wonderful job and we cannot wait to return!

This hotel was everything that we expected, food was good and service was excellent. Only con was that you can’t swim in the ocean at the hotel beach. Overall we enjoyed staying at the hotel for 5 days. Isla Mujeres is great place to visit the Playa Norte beach is awesome.

We arrived a bit early before check in and were told we could come in but would have to pay, I have never had that before. Rooms were nice and clean. Food was amazing! Drinks weren’t great but ok. And most staff were awesome. Pool was too warm to really cool off but I guess that is Mexico in Aug. The sky bar pool was better. The beach was nice. All in all a great trip.
