"We had a lovely stay here. Our room was clean and spacious with an amazing view. Dinner and breakfast were good and the staff were friendly. The hotel is a little tired in places but it is to be expected for it's age and size and didn't detract from our stay at all. The main areas were all great. ..."

"We were very pleased with this property. Spacious and well equipped. Lovely welcome package and cosy warm on arrival. It had everything we needed and was central for what we wanted to do. Parking was easy and convenient. We would definitely recommend 1 Marine Place for a perfect stay on Bute"
