"The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly, professional and helpful. This hotel was also well located for sightseeing (we walked to the British Museum) and for travel to / from Kings Cross). We also loved finding the Banksy on the side of the building. Perhaps pricier than other options but would stay again as it was such a positive experience. "
