Other things to note: This is a ground floor unit in a fourplex. Beach access is just a short walk at the end of 16th Ave North. Please note, quiet hours are observed to respect our neighbors.

No pets allowed in this home. We love our furry friends, but this property is pet-free to help us keep it extra clean and allergy-safe for all guests.
