"We loved our stay here and would like to come back. The cottage is next to the old mill and river in the heart of Tewkesbury. It has so much charm and character. Everything you need is here with lovely personal touches. Ground floor has kitchen & living room with access to the garden, although small, it was lovely to sit out here after a day being tourists. "Great room cleaned everyday. Swimming pool warm and clean the kids loved it. Mr Chin on reception very helpful and gave advice about where to visit. Would come again. Restaurant could have more food choices but what was there was delicious"

"Parking was very good. We DID NOT STAY there due to the fact it is a SHARED TOILETS! We booked alternative accommodation at great expense! I REPORTED THIS TO YOU ON SUNDAY 29th March. The room was misold due advertised for holiday use and it's only an over priced Doss house. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!"

"It's such a shame because the Rose Cottage is in a great location but it was very tired and could do with a proper up grade. Cobwebs everywhere which I didn't mind but when I went to use cutlery, saucepans, glass jar they were dirty and I had to clean them. There's no dishwasher so maybe the previous people that stayed didn't know how to wash up by hand and the cleaner didn't check. Also the fridge wasn't turned on and took a long time to get cold meaning no cold beers with our dinner. I...
