"An amazing Hotel, the room was spacious and clean. We loved the robes and flip-flops, the Spa was an added bonus. Breakfast was delicious and a lot of variety. I will definitely be looking to book again"

"We had the most wonderful few days at Rose cottage and loved every minute. The cottage is very well equipped and the linen was beautiful. although we were visiting in April it was warm enough to sit in the garden in the afternoon. my mother was visited by a pheasant whilst she read her book. The downstairs bedroom and wet room were perfect for my parents. Having the two lounges enabled us to have space from each other when needed. As our son has moved locally I have no doubt that we will return."

"An excellent location for the town & the Abbey, parking available at rear of property, a warm welcome from host, high standard of cleanliness throughout the property, an excellent breakfast menu. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others."

"Great room cleaned everyday. Swimming pool warm and clean the kids loved it. Mr Chin on reception very helpful and gave advice about where to visit. Would come again. Restaurant could have more food choices but what was there was delicious"

"Stayed in the 'Dunlin room' Very poor lighting in the corridor. Wallpaper patched up poorly in the corridor by the bedrooms. Noisy extractor fan in our bathroom. Breakfast a little underwhelming, (overdone bacon and chewy sausage. Staff very attentive and polite. No signal on the tv celestial channels on two days. Limited bathroom amenities. Cobwebs on the windows in the breakfast area. "
