The room was very large and comfortable, a bit old and worn out. But they are renovating the tower. One quirk was the hot water. According to housekeeping you needed run the water in both sinks for five minutes before you get hot water in the shower. The Rio was great and refund some money for the room.

I have stayed at this resort once to twice a year since 2014. First time booking through Jet Luxury, and while almost everything was as usual one thing that I did not like and was a turn off was that all housekeeping needs were not met. The front desk and building house keepers do not assist. You need to get a hold of the company, which is nearly impossible because they run weird bankers hours and even at that you need to specify what needs to be done. I was there for four nights and they never changed the sheets even though I asked, I only got fresh towels twice and the other three times I was bringing towels from pool. They don’t empty the trash at all unless you specify that. Needless to say I won’t be booking through this host anymore.

The room was clean and stylish. It's lame they have the vip check-in and reminds me of the arrogance of times more segregated. Otherwise, the place was awesome and we had a great time.
