It wasn't what I expected. I booked the hotel to be close to Times Square and also for breakfast, because of my young daughter. The hotel's location is great, I loved it. However, when we went for breakfast, we were stopped at the door and told that breakfast wasn't included. Only one name was on the breakfast list; the other three names weren't included. I had to go out to have breakfast outside with my young daughter. Other than that, everything was fine.

"Torturous stay. While the rooms were excellent and modern, there was a large party with booming music under my window that kept me up until 2am. Rooms have no air conditioner. So, it was 5-6 hrs of listening to heavy music in a hot room."
