"Great hotel, clean rooms, enjoyable stay. Helped me forward my luggage from hotel in Osaka to Tokyo Narita airport where I was leaving from. Great location within Osaka connected to Namba station with a small Family Mart downstairs and a large supermarket less than a 5 minute walk in the attached shopping centre. I would highly recommend this place especially if you’re using Osaka as a base "

"This place was great. Room was great! Lobby and free diy coffee and coffee machine was wonderful. You got a free small sake, wine or juice upon arrival from a cool little machine. They had free entertainment every night I was there. Ranging from a short film to live music and DJ. They had a chill small balcony on the 2nd floor, outside the lobby. Room had everything from large flatscreen TV to a face steamer, desk & stationary. If you're not Japanese, they had apps on their TV for you to login to your Netflix, HULU or Amazon Prime account. Very nice washroom with walk in shower. Comfy bed and nice decor in the room. Also was a great location. About a 20 minute walk to Osaka Castle and only 30 minute walk to Dontonbori entertainment district. Just next door to a 24 hours Family Mart convenient store. Highly recommend this hotel!"

"Convenient Location. I highly recommend this hotel. It’s decently priced yet conveniently located. It’s surrounded by shops and restaurants. The train station is directly underneath it, Dotonbori is a couple blocks away. The only thing is they did not let us check in when we arrived at 1p. We were told to come back at 3p. There’s restaurant on site for buffet breakfast with good amount of choices. The room is just enough for 3 ppl, considering most rooms in Japan could only fit 2 ppl. The bathroom looks a bit dated but not too bad and very clean (like everything else in Japan!)."
