The air conditioning worked perfectly — a big plus after a warm day of sightseeing! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and like everywhere in Japan, the customer service was top notch. We were also able to drop off our luggage early, and the process was smooth and easy to arrange. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!"
