"I think this is the third time we've stayed at this hotel. We usually have had a long transatlantic flight and we usually find it easier to stay here before traveling on to Galway . It's very safe, clean and exactly what you needAfter a long trip I found the staff good on All occasions. The shuttle was easy to use and the only thing was that the last time we came 2 years ago this restaurant was much nicer and this time the food wasn't great and the service was slow. But other than that it's a good option, especially if you're trying to stay close to the airport"

"The hotel general condition of the hotel and pool has gone downhill significantly in the past 4 years since our last stay. The room itself was fine and in good condition but everywhere else looked tired and needed a refresh. The pool changing rooms were especially poor. The bar was really overcrowded in the evening to the point we gave up trying to find a table and headed straight to our room. "

"This hotel is in the centre of the town. Car park is tiny and narrow and difficult to manoeuvre. I hit the end of my car on a ramp. Otherwise a lovely stay. "

"I came to Ireland to visit my daughter who was studying at Maynooth University. The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect. So many restaurants & shops close by. The breakfast that was included with our stay was so very delicious & had a great variety of foods! I highly recommend the Glen Royal!!"
