"Close to City centre and University of Leicester. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Room and shared bathroom were clean but basic. Value for money and would book again."

The service was great in general, with the exception of a few times things were muddled or not quite as smooth and effortless as you'd expect with an establishment like this."

"We had an excellent time, the accommodation was peaceful and the hot tub amazing. We used it as a base as it was midway for the gents to go to Silverstone whilst the ladies when stopping in Birmingham. Would stay again if we decided to go back to Silverstone!"

"No welcome ' pack ' not even a bottle of milk. Light fittings missing. Main bed the worst ever experienced. The central heating did not work, we sat in overcoats and blankets. Heating set at 16deg. in the middle of winter !Hostess indifferent , realised her responsibility, refused to speak to us and told the agency to ask us to leave due to heating problems and her concern with her insurance Gave full refund but our stay to be near our family was ruined due to lack of maintenance. A disgrace to your letting agency and this property needs removing. MJD"

"I travel a lot for work and stay in many different places, but not often I find a place that is as good as home. The primary bed was very large and comfortable with a variety of pillow types. It was dark and quiet at night. The bathroom was large with a modern rain shower or soaker tub....the choice is yours. Kitchen had everything you'd need to cook for yourself and the choice of living spaces were generous. Ground floor living room has a wood burning stove which I hope to enjoy when I come back in winter and downstairs has the big couch and tv. My hosts were so friendly and attentive, I can't fault them for helping out or having a chat. You won't be disappointed here."
