"Nice hotel, clean and surrounded by country. Good value. Breakfast area is very tight but that is only issue."

"Dirty bathroom, rooms in need of modernisation. Wouldn’t recommend. Standard of cleanliness of rooms generally leaves a lot to be desired. Indicative of the standards is the note left by the housekeeping team….. on a notepad that had previously been soaked by an unknown liquid. Not sure what’s worse - the fact that they didn’t even notice or the fact that they did, and didn’t think it was an issue. Generally run down, wouldn’t return. "

"Hare's Furrow is a beautifully appointed accommodation with everything and more you could want for a home away from home stay. Beautiful, well equipped cottage, peaceful setting, lovely hosts! The delicious cake and bottle of Pinot was a nice touch too, and very welcome."

"Very easy rental to find and check in to. Loved the private parking at the back. It is located perfectly for Market Harborough. It’s a new development with lots of building still going on in the housing development. So some early morning noise to be expected. Once all that is completed, it will be even better. Amenities were great. House was immaculate. Only bonus would be some extra towels and face cloths.We enjoyed being close to the canal for morning runs, coffee at Ruffles, trips to the Silverstone museum and a picnic day at Rutland Water. Would definitely look to book again when visiting MH."

"We had an excellent time, the accommodation was peaceful and the hot tub amazing. We used it as a base as it was midway for the gents to go to Silverstone whilst the ladies when stopping in Birmingham. Would stay again if we decided to go back to Silverstone!"

"The accommodation was bright, clean and comfortable.As we were mobile the area was excellent and close to my brother who was the main reason for our visit. It was also a very pleasant area and pretty.It was very well equipped but a lack of tech skill sent me to the information leaflets regularly. An idiots guide would have been a boon and less nerve racking.Susan Howells was most helpful.We spent the days with my brother, but the cottage was a very pleasant base to come back to. The court yard was a bit lacking in colour but very practical and safe and secure. Our dog liked the freedom to prowl round or sun himself in safety.It was an excellent place to stay with lots to see and good walks. For us it was a good centre for visiting and travelling a round. We would highly recommend it.Ps As an arthritic with four metal joints I found the stairs a bit tricky. I cannot remember if that was mentioned in the info on the cottage. Thank you for providing such lovely acommodation."
