"Location was close to port but only a 5-minute taxi ride from shopping mall. The room was spacious with kitchenette.The staff was wonderful, efficiency, friendly . Having a laundry was super nice.and helpful. Would definitely stay here again."

"We enjoyed a fabulous overnight stay during which we utilised the hydrotherapy area. Our room was in the manor house section and was full of good character. The only issue we had was that it was very warm and I assume due to the age of this section, there was no aircon. Otherwise fab facilities and staff - would stay again!"

"Hotel very nicely located with all amenities close to docks and spinnaker. Hotel was busy especially at breakfast but the space between tables were poor even could be considered a fire hazard. Another dining area available but not opened."

"The staff were lovely and helpful and I had a spacious bedroom with on suite and it was clean. I had a problem with a couple who was in one of the rooms next to me making banging noises at gone 2am in the morning and I have sensory issues so I shouted to them can they please stop banging as it is gone 2am in the morning and I have sensory issues and I am trying to relax but I can't relax and I also heard someone making sex sounds in one of the other rooms next to me so it was triggering me because of past trauma so I had to put the fan on to drown out the sounds"

"This hotel is close to everything; the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was amazing we had a taxi issue and they went above and beyond to assist us. We would stay here again when we go back to Portsmouth."
