"Fantastic place to stay in Tokyo... especially with a family. Very clean. Nice view! Great kitchen, TVs, sitting area, washer / dryer. The only challenge was checking in at a separate location however that was a small price to pay for such a great overall experience!

"Love everything about this hotel, friendly staff, great location, next to the castle, safe, and the highlight of this hotel is the breakfast buffet. The least favorite is shower area not that clean. "
"We had such a wonderful experience at the hotel! The staff were incredibly professional and kind, making us feel welcomed right away. Our room was not only clean but also equipped with everything we could possibly need and more. We really enjoyed the breakfast and light meals we tried a couple of times; they were quite satisfying! The lounge in the basement was a lovely touch, offering great snacks and drinks that we appreciated. Overall, we fell in love with both the hotel and Kyoto, and we can't wait to return!"
