"The hotel and our room was so beautiful and the service was great. While all of the staff were great, we were really impressed by the trainee bell hop who helped us carry all of our luggage and was very sweet. Highly recommend!"

"The room was very nice, has a balcony, television, some smaller closets, tatami matress, a middle size table with floor chairs and futons. The staff was exceptional friendly and helpful. The only thing that bothers us, was our entry room door, it was very loud while opening, we think it needs some oiling, but besides that, everything was very pleasent."
