"We stayed 4 nights at this hotel and loved it! Huge bathroom, walkin shower, double sink vanities, well stocked minibar, beatifully designed in all guest areas, conveniently located to Old Town Krakow, friendly and helpful hitel staff, delicious food at the hotel restaurant, Sobre de la Mesa!"

"The rooms are old - I do not like the beds because it is not a 5-star feel including the pillows, Room smells cigarette even if they said they do nor have any smoking rooms. There's no vallet parking available unlike H15. It is not a 5-star hotel. For me it is a 3-star based on my experiences with other 5 stars. "

"The hotel is situated in The Jewish Quarter with loads of places nearby to eat and drink. We were on the 5th floor and our room was quiet. Staff were helpful and welcoming and breakfast was good with typical continental type breakfast foods. The hotel was incredibly clean - the only criticism being the toiletries provided in the room. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner if you are fussy like my wife and no body lotion is provided. Apart from this minor gripe, the hotel was spotless and in a great location being about a 15 minute stroll to the old town. I would stay here again and recommend to friends and family. A solid 8.5/10."
