"My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Royal Twin Hotel Kyoto Hachijoguchi. The location is just a 5-minute walk from Kyoto Station. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was clean and roomy. The onsen was a delightful experience. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant one evening, and it was excellent with reasonable prices. I highly recommend staying here while traveling!"

I used the washer/dyers twice without issue. Staff was friendly, helpful, and courteous. The hotel offers free umbrella use if you notice rain as you exit the main entrance/exit. In an amazing location near Kyoto Station but far enough away to avoid the crowds coming/going from the station. Highly recommend staying here! "
