"Lovely hotel with modern rooms and friendly staff. Location is close to the main square and there are loads of lovely restaurants and bars within a few minutes on foot. Would definitely stay here again if back in Krakow."
"This hotel was clean, beautiful, modern and in a great location, but what made it even better was the truly outstanding service of every employee. Would definitely stay there again!"
"Fantastic location, beautifully presented, spotlessly clean and great communication throughout - thanks Adrian and team for a lovely stay - we hope to be back! "
"Superb location and close to everything shopping, dining, transport etc and very well maintained.
Only negative would be u would hear noises from street during the night as it’s very close to old town area"
"Excellent
We wanted a room with character, a balcony, kitchen, and soaking tub and this delivered. Staff was kind and accommodating. This apartment style spot added old world style to our Krakow visit. We enjoyed being able to relax when not touring the city and salt mine"

"Our stay at Hotel Polski Pod Bialym Orem for a week was excellent! The staff at the hotel was fantastic! The doorman and front desk gentleman were so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. A+++ The hotel had a wonderful vintage atmosphere with well chosen artwork and artifacts. The breakfasts were so good with a large variety of food, definitely something for everyone, I looked forward to it each morning. The location was so convenient, just out the door was the Museum, Shopping, Restaurants and Planty Park. Perfect location! I hope to stay there again. Thank you!"
"This was the best hotel we have ever stayed in for many reasons, excellent location, beautiful hotel, great breakfast, clean & comfy suite, but most of all the staff, second to none! The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. We had a day tour booked which was cancelled at short notice, guest manager Krzysztof arranged tickets for us and saved the day. They also surprised us with a bottle of champagne on my birthday ☺ Another shout out to Konrad at the front desk for arranging taxi's, giving us tips and advice. I have never been so sad to leave a hotel"
"Lovely little hotel in the Jewish quarter.
Spacious room, mini bar. Only marred by looking onto a wall but the courtyard was below!
Handy for walking everywhere."
"Excellent boutiques hotel in Krakow Old Town. Clean, quiet, well maintained. Minutes to old town main square, dining. Tram stop nearby. Excellent breakfast, air conditioned, nice shower. Plenty of closet space. Hotel Staff is excellent ! Stayed 7 nights and it was perfect!"
"Very good location, clean and overall was pleased with the choice. The hotel is only about 2 blocks off the square and about 3 blocks from a major shopping center. I bought a bunch of suit jackets at the mall.. loved the whole area. Evenings are wonderful in the area with the restaurants and the people walking in the streets and the park. Only negative was at breakfast there was a girl that had a pretty nasty attitude. Short girl, with black crew cut hair in her twenties. The first breakfast she said something to me in polish I assumed and I said "oh sorry I only speak english". Then she yelled at me "I AM SPEAKING ENGLISH". She was apparently asking for my room number, but didn't sound anything like English. That's ok she couldn't speak clearly enough, but to get nasty and chew me out, not normal. I said sorry about 4 times.. she just was silent to me and weird looks. I try and speak Spanish at times and people may not understand me, but I wouldn't ever dream of chewing someone else for my clarity. Then each and every day she would not clear my table, but do everyone near me. Give me looks, kinda ignoring, Weird, weird. I'm an easy going, nice guy and polite. No reason to have an attitude like this. All the other employees there were very nice. Overall I would highly recommend this place. Breakfast food was great. It's not a fancy hotel, but clean and perfect location for quick in and out. Price was reasonable. Thanks "
