"An amazing stay with great views of the city from the hot tub. We loved how close the home was to the city without feeling like we were in a too crowded place."

The hotel was wonderful! Great staff, room, and food.
Only drawback was the bar/lounge. The staff there was not very attentive on any of the nights we went to have a glass of wine and a light meal. We had to get their attention by asking for service up at the bar. It was not very busy and the staff was preoccupied talking to each other. Disappointing, as the rest of the hotel staff was exceptionally nice and helpful.

Nice, simple hotel. Had some admin issues with the payment site before departure but they dealt with it no fuss. When I had to leave too early for breakfast on the last day, the staff ready made me a sandwich, very kind. Generally a nice place, slightly on the edge of town but really good for a less busy outdoor swimming pool by the sport area, Laugardalslaug, and not too far from Hlemmur, Perlan etc.
Not a huge room, but nice bed, nice bathroom. All I needed. Would recommend unless you...

Very conveniently located and well priced for its location. Clean and quiet on my visit. The studio has everything you need as a base while you explore the golden circle. Grocery shop a 5 minute walk and cooking facilities in the studio. Parking could be clearer as you tgink you may get clamped beacuase of signs but this didnt happen

After years of staying in hotels clustered in Reykjavik's city center, the Berjaya Hotel by the city's working harbor was a pleasant discovery - close enough to walk to the city center in a few minutes and located by one of Reykjavik's few free parking lots. It's a hip hotel with a nice bar/restaurant, ample lobby space with cozy nooks to relax or work in, and superior rooms, some with balconies.
The Berjaya is also close to a number of restaurants and museums, including the Maritime Museum and...
