"room was clean(spotless) excellent front desk most of the tourist places were walkable resturants, bar, cafe are all close by room service was excellent, cleaned our room room was bit cold hotel didn't have enough parking(hectic finding a street parking) there were some stains on the carpet room was small (3 people). couldn' walk freely since additional bed was added, luggage on the floor "

"Really disappointing. The listing explicitly said the room had a microwave and fridge in it. I got there to find not only did it NOT have that but it was a shared bathroom and kitchen as well. As a solo female traveller I didn't feel safe. The risk of leaving my food in a shared kitchen for 9 rooms and the bathroom had a light on the outside of the room and a dodgy lock. Rang the staff as instructed to be told that they couldn't help and none of the rooms had those services. I could submit a complaint and theyd forward it to the management. I'm home now a week later and inspite of chasing them ive heard nothing except a bland 'we're sorry for the inconvenience" and an admission the listing are wrong. If you book here be prepared for it to be a bit rough, it's a blend of a student house and a halfway home. Broken locks, badly fotted taps, chipped furniture, moldy showers, wobby door locks, broken appliances, and things held together with sellotape. And the noise from other and the bathroom was bad I don't mind basic, but i was actively lied to. I would NEVER have booked somewhere with shared bathroom and kitchen if it had said that on the listing. If you are a solo female traveller i DO NOT RECOMMEND i was made to feel very uncomfortable in the shared spaces by other residents and there was a random guy who let himself in to use the bathroom one day. If you're just looking for a flop house and don't mind it rough then the location is great and the cleaners are lovely. "

"Center hotels have several properties and I thought I was choosing the nicest- boy was I wrong. From sending two emails over several days that went unanswered to the awful sulfuric smell in the bathroom. When I entered the room I actually had to check to make sure there wasn’t waste left because it smelled so badly. I was only staying a few hours so I saved myself the trouble moving to another room (420). I’m not sure if the smell was from the construction next door or what but it was bad. The bed was too soft and the sheets were scratchy. You could hear every door opening and closing nearby. No heat controls in the room. Honestly, just nothing great about this place. I wouldn’t have made it more than a few hours staying there. I would not recommend."
