"Solid Stay. Clean room, nice wooden floors. Not a fan of the bathroom not having a traditional door that has a lock. For some odd reason the internet was abysmal during the first two days (then it got way better) and the room service needed to be requested to make the beds and give towels instead of it being a proactive service. Breakfast was not free, but it is all you can eat so its good value, I guess. Overall good for the relatively low price payed."

"Wish I could give a better review but sometimes you get what you pay for. Our first night we woke up to an alarm set to 2:45 am and the tv tuned on as well waking up my two toddlers. TV came on again 10 mins later. The next day tried to call the front desk multiple times and no one answered. That evening finally got ahold of someone and asked if they could come clean the floors because we had to push the beds over and the floor was dirty underneath. They said they would “see what they could do” which ended up being a towel and trash refresh and that was it. Our last night the toilet broke and luckily someone picked up and sent a nice man to fix it that evening. The alarm went off again that night. Traffic noise was pretty bad even with a sound machine and we were placed near the building entrance so heard people until well after midnight each night. The things that worked was that it was a great central location, shuttle to Universal included, very HOT showers (love it) and beds were reasonably comfortable. Overall next time definitely going to save a bit more money and splurge on a nearby resort for hopefully a more restful experience. "

"Our first room faced the Interstate from several floors up and had noticeable traffic noise all night. While less than ideal, we still slept in comfort (and we were thankful we got a room at all after all the flight issues). As soon as another room opened we switched over. The staff was great. Both rooms were clean. The second room was much quieter."
