Lake Mead National Recreation Area Holidays

Took $200 for drinks that we could not use as we don’t drink. Food was expensive. Room beds are not comfortable, long line for checking in.

My room was very quiet and I enjoyed having the kitchen amenities and the balcony. The bed was average. My only negative comments are related to the unusually excessive daily damage deposit that I wasn’t expecting - big upfront unexpected expense! Also there was no bus cart for me to take groceries up to my room - but the bellmen would do it for a set fee. The pool was lovely, but closed at 7pm, which seemed early to me for summer. I enjoyed my stay, but won’t probably return to this resort.

Very new hotel with potential. Had multiple issues with the door lock and there isn’t much noise dampening between rooms. We could hear thumping from kids jumping around above our room and could clearly hear the conversations from the next door room. Made it hard to sleep. Hope the hotel will make improvements.

Disappointed the pool was closed without any notification prior to our stay. Would not make reservations to stay in the future
