"Check-in process was very inefficient. Long lines at desk and kiosk was not working for most people. Expedia had given me an itinerary number but no confirmation number so extra wait when I finally got help from staff. Was told check in was 3pm. Room not ready until close to 5pm.was told I would get email when room was ready. Close to 5 we waited in another line and were told our room was ready but to go to kiosk again for room keys! So frustrating. Then after we were finally in our room we got a text that room was ready. Not the email we had been checking!"

"Loved the room! It was clean and well maintained if you need house keeping they were prompt. Could use a microwave and fridge guests can use for the Julius Tower room we stayed in. Staff looked like they needed a break and wasn’t friendly much. Love the shops are really close and the strip is right there when you walk out the hotel. Overall though had a great experience!"

"Our first room had the bath soap/shampoo/conditioner dispenser laying on the sink shelf with the liquid running all over. It was supposed to be in the shower on the wall. They moved us to an upgraded room. The room was nicer and we appreciated it. The only thing was the bathroom door. It was frosted glass which was on a slide like a barn door type. I usually keep the light on in the bathroom and shut the door so we can see to use the bathroom during the night but the glass door made it too bright. I did not encounter any staff member who was not nice, courteous and helpful. They were all caring people. The Piano Bar was a lot of fun. Different entertainers and all made the night fun. I will say the food and drink are all expensive but you are in Las Vagas. I guess that is what Vagas is. Enjoy!"
