"No hot water for a shower"

"As a one night stop for visiting the Hoover Dam this place was great. Areas of it look a little tired but everything worked and was clean. One word of warning - yes it is a casino but we weren’t expecting it to be there immediately when we walked through the door. We had our 8 year old with us and live in a state with no indoor smoking, the presence of a casino bar with people smoking right by the entrance was quite a shock. Top advice head to Boulder City Fox Smokehouse for food. "

"10, 10, 10, 10 for our family of 4 this was the perfect house. It was well stocked and the location was incredible. We did many walks, the neighborhood was wonderful with lovely restaurants that served delicious food and wonderful towns folk who were very friendly. The views though! They were remarkable!!! The canyon views from the back yard alone, and not to mention the night sky! My children were able to spot multiple constellations including the Big Dipper, visible with the naked eye. Thank you Tippi for an unforgettable stay! "

"This was an adorable space in a cute little town! It advertises that the stars are beautiful, and they absolutely are. I ran a few miles one morning during sunrise, and the view was breathtaking!The house was clean and comfortable, and our host was very responsive to questions we had. "

"Kathy was a wonderful host. She sent the necessary information prior to arrival - follow her driving instructions!!! She asked if there was anything specific we needed her to provide. Her communication throughout the stay was great. We had a lot of inclement weather, and she checked in on us. There was additional information in a binder inside the rental, which we used to add some stops to our list of adventures. The rental itself was great. It was clean and spacious, with an absolutely amazing view. There was a great coffee spread, and many of the apps on the TV were set up in advance, which I appreciated. The town is so cute. The little businesses nearby had some very nice people working there, and we enjoyed visiting them. We are already plannt to visit the area again next year, and will definitely book if the location is close enough to our stops! "
