"I’ve got quarterly meetings in Lake Placid. I’ll definitely rent this place again. Quiet neighborhood and low crime rate. I use Real-Time Alert App from Apple App Store to check out areas before I travel, really helps, try it out! Enjoyed my morning walks to the boat ramp and beyond. Beautiful and unique part of Florida! A true gem!"

"The property overall seems to be very well maintained, and aesthetically designed. There’s a lot of different areas for gatherings as a family or independent activities. We were very happy with all of the included amenities including the kayaks, paddleboat, bikes, etc. We also enjoyed the fire pit and pool table. The kitchen came fully stocked with pots, utensils, and any other cooking hardware needed. It was great that they also supplied gas for the grill.The mattresses were not as comfortable as one would’ve expected, that would be the only gripe if we had any."

"From start to finish, this booking was absolutely wonderful! The entire process was seamless, from how easy it was to book the house to the great communication with the owner. The house was amazing—beautiful inside and out, and absolutely perfect for our long holiday weekend! We had 10 people staying, and there was plenty of space for everyone. We never felt cramped or like we were on top of each other. The dock and lake equipment were also in great condition, which made enjoying the lake even better. Everything about this home exceeded our expectations, and we truly couldn’t have been happier with our stay. Thank you again for sharing your beautiful home with us and for helping make our holiday weekend so wonderful!"

"Beautiful little house! It was perfect for our stay with our Blue Heeler. Nice beach area just steps from the back door. All the amenities (and more)! Host was awesome!! Loved it so much we're going back next month with our jet skis."

"House was nice, the water was low as they haven’t have much rain. Caught a few medium size bass. Unfortunately we found a few roaches around the kitchen and night time. but I’m sure they will take care of it."
