"Very nice"

"Hot breakfast was adequate but not exceptional. Lobby was quite lovely and very comfortable. Did not use the hot tub or pool but other guests commented that they were pleased. Employees were very kind and helpful. An unpleasant surprise: 1 $25 "Upsell Early check in" After traveling from Bhm Alabama to Newton and arriving only 2 hours prior to check in time, this was an unpleasant surprise on our bill 2 Although not requiring any maid service, charged $4/day "service fees" These are cheesy methods for owner to make a few extra dollars "

"The stay at this hotel was the worst experience in a very long time. Room next to ours. Played the tv at a loud volume all night long. Finally called the front desk at 3am. Clerk did not seem to interested in getting involved. Then room above check in at 3:00 a.m.. stomping around for over half an hour. Finally had to go outside and sit in the car. Didn't get any sleep all night long. Never again will book a room at this hotel or franchise. Seems this establishment caters to some long-term stays. Judging from this situation, boundaries or rules are not established for these type of guests. Can't confirm whoever was in that room next to me was a long term. Obviously no consideration for their neighbors. Front desk was in close proximity. Don't understand how this clerk didn't hear the noise coming from that room. Upon checking out l politely express my displeasure with the experience at this hotel.. Received the standard I'm sorry. Sent in my way. Cannot recommend this hotel."

"I won't stay again. Barely any hot water no click on room, dresser was broke, no tv stations. People were nice so that was about the only plus"

"The tub in the room didn’t drain and there was hair in it. I stepped on an industrial staple on the ground of my room ,which sent me to urgent care. The hotel was listed as pet friendly but when I arrived I had to pay extra for a pet friendly room for my service dog, after the desk person said I needed to provide documentation for my service dog, which is illegal. There was something all over the walls around the sink. The extra top safety lock didn’t exist - like it was pulled off the door. "

"Host was exceptionally response, place was really nice and quiet and fairly easy to find. Not being able to dispose of TP in the toilet, due to septic system "sensitivity" was something I should have been in description. I would have easily overlooked that had the price been more reasonable. Overall it was a pleasant experience, I just would not have chose the place had certain issues been mentioned during booking. Having a responsive host made it enjoyable non-the-less."
