"Absolutely loved staying at 24 Royal Terrace! Felt so welcome as soon as we arrived by the friendly staff/ hotel manager Jonathon. Rooms are great with a peaceful garden/ countryside view. Hotel itself is really nice with loads of character. Breakfast with unlimited coffee both mornings was also great. Will be back!! :)"

"I have stayed at this hostel many times but always before with other people-= so it was especially great to have a room to myself - with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The buffet breakfast was good and coffee was too .The last time i stayed the road outside was being converted for the tram lines-but now that the tram runs almost to the door from Waverley station and the airport it is excellent. The room was clean modern and a lot better than the hotel I stayed in for the rest...

"We chose this hotel for its location for a family matter we needed to take care of. On approaching the hotel, the views across the firth were amazing!! The online check in completed a day before meant we had minimal to do at reception, with staff member being really helpful and explained that the swimming pool, gym and games area were included in the price, and xould be used as often as we liked and positively encouraged us to use it. The food served for breakfast and evening meal was fantastic....

"Great location. Lovely big room and bathroom. Very clean. Enjoyed the pool and steam room/sauna - practically had them to myself. It’s a shame there are no loungers round the pool (as per photographs on website) - only chairs. It’s a small area so maybe they weren’t practical. "
