FOR ARRIVALS ON 20.05.2026 and 21.05.2026 and 22.05.2026 and 23.05.2026, the deposit is 800 euros, which must be paid on site. Families are exempt from this. ++ PETS: Only small dogs up to 20 kg allowed. Please specify the size of your dog when booking++.

Lignano, district Sabbiadoro. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Parking is available in a parking lot in the village (distance 300 m). Each holiday apartment has 1 numbered parking space (either in the yard or 300 m away)

For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with CO2 detectors and a fire extinguisher.


Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational mid-May to mid-September, 3 m x 7 m, 1.20 m deep). Relaxation area with sun terrace and pool. 3 positions with lumbar massage and a cervical water jet. The area is located between the 1st and 2nd floors and is only accessible on foot (approximately 20 steps).

Cooking nook in the living & bedroom with dining area, dishwasher, fridge (icebox), microwave and coffee machine. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and hairdryer.
