Best Western Plus Landmark Inn

4/10 Poor

"The staff like always was amazing which is why I always give this location chance after chance. This recent stay though I think was the last time I will be staying with them. They can not keep their hot tub in working condition and that is the main reason I pick hotels. Their hot tub seems to always be down. Their breakfast always the same and very bland. the rooms are very outdated and have a musky smell to them and they need to update their showers with more suitable features like handheld shower heads and a better fan system."

"The property was alright; it was difficult to sleep because there was a lot of light filtering in through the blinds even though they were completely closed. There was only one spare blanket that had kind of been wadded up and shoved into a drawer. It probably won't be my first choice to stay at again, but definitely not the worst place I've stayed at."

"A nice well maintained property. All staff were very helpful and working to clean and maintain the outer areas . The breakfast was nice with many choices of fruit , oatmeal and sweets. My only concern is the stairs as they are long and steep . I discovered that a short walk north takes you to a public access that is alot easier to do both down and up ."
