This building was more than a century old! Many of the furnitures in the room are antiques too! The room is fine, othen than the fact the there is no private bathroom - 3 rooms share one in each of the two floors. The bathroom is in disrepair and the walls had water leak marks. Someone may not accept this as condition for hostal, but for a 100 yrs old building, can't argue much. Location is prime. Very convenient for transportation, dining, grocery, laundry, touring etc. The host Antonio was very helpful, and provided

Not so good, dirty and small washroom, bed not comfortable. The owner is only interested in making money. No lift at this place. Stairs are dark and in a bad shap. Absolutely uncomfortable place. The description given by the owner is deseptive and false.

Bon séjour

Location " dans son jus", dans un vieil immeuble bien placé (20 mns du centre)cet au calme. Chambre propre avec WC et sdb partagés ainsi que la cuisine. Le garage est top. Paiement en liquide. Le propriétaire est vraiment très arrangeant, gentil et parle très bien Français. Il s'est plié en quatre pour nous.

Estancia suficiente

Ha sido una estancia tranquila, con el inconveniente de tener que compartir el cuarto de baño,suerte que estabamos solos. Opino que deberìa hacerse alguna reforma como por ejemplo el suelo que cruje, las duchas con mamparas ya que las cortinas se pegan al cuerpo. El apartamento era correcto salvo el armario ropero que no se podia cerrar, y para mi el màs importante es que tuvimos aparcamiento dentro de la finca

Excelente atención y disposición para ayudarte, la ubicación es genial está muy cerca de los sitios de interés turísticos y no tienes que usar el coche para nada además tienen garaje privado que es una ventaja muy grande la habitación impecable, la atención de Antonio excepcional.

Points positifs: - Garage pour entreposer la voiture - Metro, Tramway, bus à quelques pas de l’hebergement, ainsi que plusieurs restos - Chambre spacieuse, idem pour la salle de bain - Tranquilité, bien insonorisé lorsque fenetres fermées - Pas d’air clim mais fan à disposition - Nous a permis de laisser la voiture dans le garage plus longtemps que la duree de notre sejour afin qu’on puisse visiter le quartier en journee - Contact rapide et facile, repond rapidement aux mag whats app et ouverture! - Tres grande serviette de bain - Cahier disponible dans les chambres detaillant quoi visiter, quartier, suggestion de resto, etc Points negatifs: - impossible d’arriver au moment que l’on souhaite car on doit leur ecrire l’heure exact et ca ne fite pas necessairement avec leurs heures - paiement en argent seulement, donc pas avantageux pour les voyageurs provenant de l’amerique du nord (car taux de change plus eleve) - ne correspond pas a la definition d’un bed and breakfast (B&B) car n’offre pas le dejeuner, et meme si nous avons une cuisine a disposition, nous ne pouvons pas utiliser le poele. - mention de buanderie, mais seulement dispo pour le personnel, donc fausse publicite - plusieurs cles necessaires afin d’accéder à la chambre (1 cle pour l’entre du building, 1 cle pour l’etage, 1 cle pour la chambre, plus 1 autre cle si garage) Ca devient compliqué!

Très bon appartement, excellentissime propriétaire

Chambre dans un appartement au premier étage, très propre, bonne insonorisation par rapport à l'extérieur, une église juste en face avec le son des cloches mais avec les fenêtres fermées on n'entend pratiquement pas. L'insonorisation intérieure dépendra fortement de vos voisins, nous avons eu la chance d'en avoir très discrets. Deux salles de bain pour trois chambres, donc suffisant pour ne pas se bousculer. Cuisine avec le micro-onde et gazinière (pas utilisé), le frigo, le bouilloire et le grille-pain. Le thé et le café étaient à la disposition. Une grande cour intérieure où on peut prendre son petit déj ou les repas, à préparer par soi-même les deux. Le quartier sympa, 15 minutes à pied du centre et 2 min d'une station de métro. Le meilleur atout de cet appartement est son propriétaire d'une gentillesse incroyable, prêt à rendre service, expliquant bien les endroits à visiter, les restos pas trop chers, etc. Parle très bon anglais et un français très décent. Il est vraiment super cool, si je pouvais mettre dix étoiles, je les aurais mis.

Rustic property that is not a B & B! (Room Only!)

Don't be fooled by the B & B in the title! What breakfast? There is only tea/coffee & sugar on display. Everything else you have to buy yourself. This rustic property with antique furniture is a cross between an Air B&B to a Hostel. Good North/Central location. If you don't mind sharing the two bathrooms (ceiling mould in one) and one kitchen, then this is for you! By the way, you will be sharing two other rooms. Our first night was cold so kept my fleece on top of P & Js. It's going to be Hotels all the way from now on for us!
