"Very pleasant stay at the New Yorker. Mohamed at the front desk could not have been nicer and got us checked in even though we were early and made sure our stay was fantastic. Room was clean and AC was on which was appreciated. Right next to everything! "

Very close two subway stations (5 min walk), which means Broadway shows and uptown museums are a 20-min subway ride away. No hotel restaurant, but that is not necessary because there is an abundance of food in every direction. I would stay here again. "

"Everything clicked during my stay! The room was clean and spacious. Looked brand new; comfortable bed. My husband loved the location [Starbucks and other casual places nearby}. Felt very safe. Great staff. Minor downside: The bathroom was awkwardly positioned and might have been a former closet. Also, not a fan of having to call to get ice brought to room. "
