"Fab location next to lime st station, clean and tidy, reception staff are fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble. Great when you want to go to the Christmas market. The hotel is on a hill though. I spend a lot of time in Liverpool and this is my go to hotel. It’s a gem of a place.dx"

"Pillows were a tad uncomfortable but the Hotel was fantastic. Our room was huge and very comfortable indeed. Excellent staff. Will definitely stay again next time we are in Liverpool. (Everton were playing on the Tuesday night, ALL the roads were closed and it was difficult to get back to the hotel after a day out at Albert Dock) "

"Stayed here for a second time and it’s a lovely hotel. Room was quiet. Stayed in the small double which was perfect for one person for a few nights. Bed was very comfy and cosy. Bathroom and shower were great too. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Would stay here again if in Liverpool for it being a lovely hotel and in a great location. This hotel doesn’t serve breakfast which didn’t bother me anyway."

"Spacious rooms with terrace, right on the canal , breakfast was lovely , we also had steak in the Evening was delicious,very easy access to the town , and if you wanted a taxi you just pressed the button and it was outside in 5 min"

"Great stay! Reception staff were fabulous! Courteous and extremely efficient, check in and check out was seamless! Hotel was spotless and lovely fresh smell everywhere. We requested extra towels as we were a party of four and only three sets had been supplied but they were delivered up to our room as soon as we'd requested. Would definitely stay again and would recommend. Credit again to the great reception team. "

"Most staff were friendly and very helpful. Room was clean only issue with the room was the lights above the bed were not working.spoke to reception so they gave me a standard lamp for the night as the maintenance were away home. Which worked well for me"
