"The girl on reception when we arrived was friendly and very helpful. She pointed out the hotels Hillsborough memorial on the wall which is very moving.Our room was huge and very comfortable. The hotel is a short walk to the City centre shops and there are many great pubs and restaurants close by. Breakfast was excellent. "

"Easy check-in. We arrived an hour early as I thought check-in was 2pm not 3pm but our room wasn’t ready but we were able to store our luggage with reception whilst we went to eat lunch. I thought we would have a two bedroom apartment but it was actually two one-bedroom apartments with the adjoining door open. That actually worked well for us as we had more room to put our stuff and relax. The staff were lovely at check-in and check-out. The location is fantastic for shopping, nights out and restaurants. The nearest car park is a 5 minute walk. Only downsides are the shower pressure isn’t that great and there are only two sets of cutlery and two of each types of glasses/mugs etc - would be better to have four of each. Would definitely stay again. "
