"The hotel had apparently suffered a mojor maintenance failure in the days before our check-in. At the time the lift didn’t work the heating didn’t work but there were no offers to ameliorate the discomfort. "

"Our room was spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. The Hotel was interesting, quirky and "different " from the norm. There were different areas to enjoy both in and outside. The decor was amazing. The restaurant was accessible and again quirky in design. The food was delicious 😋. All Staff were friendly and helpful. "

"Unfortunately my experience in room 414 last night was not good, there was an annoing continuous sound all night up above the room( not the air conditioning unit ss this was off) also the bed was unsteady. Each time my husband or i moved it disturbed the other person. This resulted in myself not having a good nights rest . Shame as all previous visits to the Grosvenor have been amazing ."
