"The room was immaculate and that was meant to be a standard room! The smell coming into the room was absolutely divine as well - all the staff were so helpful, Cassie at front desk was very friendly and bubbly made me feel very welcome and the morning staff at breakfast were equally lovely and helpful - I had an important meeting I had to go to at work so had to leave at 7:30 and they provided a full English to takeaway! (Which was 10/10) In conclusion I would definitely stay at this establishment again, many thanks to everyone at Hadley hotel "

"Room for 3 adults (sisters). Main bed very comfortable, but sofa bed not so much. Facilities in room lovely. Excellent breakfast with good range of hours, but totally let down by lack of cups - only had paper cups for coffee / tea - really not impressed. Fantastic gym with 24 hour access and great machines & good variety. Would recommend "

"The hotel was great, clean modern room, comfortable and would have been spacious but the sofa bed was made up. Food in the restaurant wasn't very appetising this time though I'm afraid. Breakfast was OK but the curry I had for dinner was not good, chewy chicken and hard nan bread!"
