The bed is stiff, which I enjoy, my partner did not, there were several weird stains on the footboards, colors I was more concerned with. The staff was helpful and understanding, the still water was much needed after a day of walking through London
The Grange Clarendon was a sweet mix of English style and the modern hotel…
We had the softest bed and was very comfy and the pull-out full-sized sleeper was very comfy also.
The neighborhood was close to shopping, a park and some pretty good eats…
Our Uber drivers had no trouble finding us at all!
It was also a very convenient walking distance from the film festival we were attending.
The folks “manning” the front desk were extremely helpful, kind and courteous! We enjoyed talking to them and we were NOT nervous asking them questions…
Finally the rooms were clean and “well” stocked with the amenities…
We will come back again… With Bells on!”

The staff were very friendly. We had a slight room mixup when we checked in but it was resolved quickly and professionally. The room was lovely, plenty of room for the 4 of us. There was plenty of choice at breakfast and all tasted good. This was a hotel in an ideal location, in easy walking distance from our theatre.
Comfortable, friendly hotel. Pleasant staff. Didn’t take breakfast which I felt was too expensive. Good location with lots of cafes and restaurants close by. Good local bus services to get around city. Elizabeth Line at Tottenham Court Road to Heathrow only 2 stops on bus.

Liked: Staff & service
TV didn't work, but overall comfortable for 1 night
We opted for this hotel as it was close the theatre and an easy walk from the tube. The staff were very welcoming when we got there and had upgraded our room from a triple to a quad. The room itself was lovely, very spacious but because it is an old building, the plug sockets were not very accessible (not the hotel’s fault). Again, not the hotel’s fault but it was extremely hot and there is no air conditioning, we only had a small fan. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel but it was good to see that they offered gluten free options
