Colston and Maithlee made our short stay exceptional. From the moment we stepped through their door to check out, their service was impeccable. Our room and the surrounding common areas were very clean, quiet, and accessible. Was a pleasurable stay and we'll definitely book again.

Excellent breakfast, and great staff. The room was cleaned daily without requesting - which is nice coming out of the Covid period. Great room - while a bit small, is extremely well appointed - Shower head/rain shower combination, numerous power outlets, a/c, full length window, good storage. 3 minute walk from Paddington Station.

Good choice for weekend in London

Room was compact but had everything you need including a microwave. Service was good and staff very attentive. Breakfast excellent. Paintwork and walls in rooms a little worn and in need of a freshen up. Hotel 5 minute walk from Paddington station which made it easy to get about and explore London.
