Nice and quaint hotel. It was in a good, safe area and not far from Victoria Station. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and spacious. Had all the necessities I needed: toiletries, towels, coffee maker etc.

About a five minute walk from Victoria Station, which is what we wanted. Great little hotel. Good price and rooms comfortable. Was on 4th floor and no lift, so wouldn't be good for someone with a disability.Nice breakfast tor an extra 7.50. Would stay again.

The stay was very pleasant. The hotel is 6 min walk from the major subway station: Victoria Station. Location is excellent. Very clean. Staff is friendly. The hotel was in a good location and close to a major tube station and bus station. The room was clean and the bathroom was nice. The luggage storage was convenient. We were able to leave our bags before checking in and after check out so we could explore London while waiting on our flights. The staff was very helpful and kind.
