Absolutely amazing view from the 3 bedroom en-suite! The outside terrace made the trip even more memorable. Could hear the bells at both Westminster and Big Ben!

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spacious for my family of 4. It’s a great location and easy walk to all of the sightseeing. I’d definitely recommend. This ended up being cheaper than us doing a hotel room with a family of four. We had a lot of room.

The location is top notch for access to Westminster Abbey and the Thames. The rooms were spacious and clean. The check in process wasn't clear (we had to call to verify which room we were staying in), but that was easily handled with a quick call to customer service. Loved the neighborhood which was quiet and clean and safe. The walk to the closest metro took about ten to fifteen minutes which was easy.

The property was really spectacular from the standpoint of its cleanliness, its utility, and especially its location. 7 adults had privacy with 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms for each suite. Our only complaint is that there were not 3 king beds in total. From an American standard, there was one king and two fulls. Part of that is that the nomenclature in the UK for bed size is clearly different from that of the US. The back patio had an unbelievable view of the side of Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, and Parliament. The kitchen was also well appointed!

Location was great for so many things! Check in was seamless even though we booked last minute. The apartment was HUGE! So much space for our family of 5 and every room had its own bathroom so we never felt like we were on top of each other. I would definitely stay here again and recommend.

The good: Great location right on the Royal Mile with a lot of food options nearby. It is also just a 15-minute walk from the Airlink bus station (the shuttle to and from the airport). The bad: We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment with two adults and two kids. The apartment is tiny—only one person can fit in the kitchen area at a time, and there is absolutely no room for four people to sit and have breakfast.

The 3bedrm/3.5 bathroom unit was perfect for our group of 5 people. Location so convenient to sights and transportation. Walkable to many places. Comfortable, clean and modern. Kitchen very usable and stocked with plates and cutlery. We didnt cook but could have with the pot/pans present. So helpful to have the larger refrigerator and freezer during this past week of extreme heat. AC worked well. Bathrooms had good water temperature and pressure. Lastly, the staff were so helpful and immediately responsive to any concern. Loved our stay!

Super good location, brand new apartment. Highly recommended. Perfect for our family of 4. Brand new, premium home. The only thing to highlight is, the rooftop is only available for penthouse and the rooftop views too, and not if you book any other apartment. It wasn't clear to me from description. 10 on 10 fort us.

There were some mechanical issues in the flat such as the front door keypad wasn’t working the first few days. Also, the dryer in the unit does not work. The bathroom door didn’t lock, and the elevator was down the first few days. Otherwise, the flat was welcoming and in a great location, it was clean and the attendant was very polite and quick to help when he could.

If you want to be in the heart of London, stay here. Period. What an incredible value compared to all the other places we check out! Huge, clean, well appointed luxury apartment with high ceilings, only a five minute walk to Westminster Abbey. I timed it. Incredibly quiet and peaceful upscale, safe area only minutes from the craziness of Westminster. Easy quick walk to 2 different underground stations. Great air conditioning with an extra unit in the living area. Large comfortable bed in large bedroom. Full kitchen with all the supplies. Very secure. Friendly concierge. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about it. If I get to return to London someday, I will stay here again. Just wonderful.
