Great place to stay! The staff were amazing and very accommodating. I arrived early, and the owner kindly offered to store my belongings before check-in at 3 PM, which allowed me to go explore the town without any worries. Excellent service and hospitality — highly recommend!
It was affordable and the online check in was very easy and convenient. Everything I needed was in walking distance!! Excellent stay, highly recommend!
The restaurant next door to the hotel is amazing. Staff at the hotel were so friendly and helpful! The added fan in the room was a nice touch as it did get hot with the window shut, but with the window open you can hear traffic from the main road.
Wonderful easy place to stay, walls are paper thin, soundproofing between hallways, bedroom and bathroom chamber would improve it. But overall, a fabulous place to stay in the right part of town, easy no-contact check in and check out are super convenient.
Great location, helpful and friendly staff! They were able to hold my bag for me while i explored the city more before catching a bus back to Dublin. Would definitely stay here again should I come back to Derry!
Fantastic clean apartment, perfect location, right in the city centre

Good but not great
Good renovated rooms.
Nobody attending. Everything through codes. Towels are never changed even in a 4 day stay. We tried, but they didn’t.
Lift not working. Very well located
When we first pulled up to this property with kids, I was so nervous to stay here. I started looking up other places to stay. But there was nothing else, so we decided to stay. I am so glad we did. It was clean, quiet and safe. The pictures are exactly how it was when we arrived. I would stay here again.
I honestly cannot stress how fantastic we found this place! Central to everything, a stones throw from the Guildhall, the walls and the Tower museum as well as some amazing places for food and drinks.
Before arrival, online check in process was smooth, received our code and this worked perfectly when we arrived.
The room itself is spacious, has a big comfy bed, the bathroom has a lovely shower and good sink and mirror (with another light round it). Spotlessly clean as well!
There is a small kettle in the room and a TV but we didn't use either.
I think it could use some more storage space around the room and better instructions on the heating as we couldn't get it to work. But other than that we absolutely loved it!! Would highly recommend!
We were met by a lovely girl who let us into our room half an hour early . The lift to the second floor was broken and has been since 30.06.25 so we had to carry our luggage up flights of stairs. The room itself was basic (very basic) no wardrobe just a rack to hang a few coats on, a bed ,tv, and a small table with a kettle . There was a damp smell from the bathroom . Towels were not changed after the first day . You could hear the occupants talk in the room next to us . We didnt stay the second night . No one onsite , no reception or security
The hotel is modern & basic , rooms are good & location is handy . Parking over the road .
Very noisy street at night , cars racing or reving their engines until after 2am , lots of shouting & people coming and going.
