Louis was absolutely a star so welcoming so warm helpful it was one of the best stay we’ve had in a hotel all because of the staff louis was accommodating I have a autistic son who has sensory issues she was supportive helpful provided me with Support when ever I asked and was always offering to do more. "We had a great 3 night stay the weekend before Christmas. Breakfast was included in our rate at the adjacent pub and it was fab - all cooked to order plus a continental buffet, and some choices too (full english, sandwiches, avocado and poached egg on toast etc). Hotel was nice a quiet, plenty of free parking. Beds were just a little bit too hard for us but we had busy days out so we slept well anyway. Would definitely stay again when visiting the area! "

"The staff were very welcoming & friendly. The lady at reception saved me a trip to Aldi when I realised I had forgotten my toothbrush by given me a complimentary one. The only downside was the lift was out of order and my room was on the top floor. Luckily, I only had a small suitcase to carry up the 49 winding steps."
