The hotel room was very clean and comfortable. The staff where very friendly plus helpful with attending to our needs. The hotel offers a awesome steam room, sauna, swimming pool and hot tub all inside and the upkeep is excellent. They offer a gym as well. They have eucalyptus towels that make the steam room experience amazing. Parking is easy and only $20 a night. The staff is very helpful we will definitely be back and this is our place to be.

Rooftop view was beautiful. Wish I had gone to the pool and spa earlier, very nice. Yogi and front desk staff were very accommodating as I had to change my room at the last minute. I'll stay here again.

Great location. Walkable to dining, shopping, beach and aquarium. The staff was excellent and attentive. The pool /spa amenities were good. Overall very happy with our stay and the value we received.

Enjoyed my stay here for sure. The rooftop area for lounging was so nice and quiet! The rooms and hallways are super clean. The area right outside is a little sketchy at times but that's what happens when you are by a bus station.

I had an incredible stay at Hotel My. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and professional — the kind of service that really sets a hotel apart. The room was spotless, modern, and beautifully designed. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I loved the little details that made the space feel luxurious yet cozy. The amenities were great, everything worked perfectly, and I felt relaxed from the moment I walked in. The location is another huge plus — super convenient, safe, and close to everything I needed. Whether I wanted food, shopping, or just a quiet walk, everything was within reach. Overall, Hotel My exceeded my expectations. It’s clean, comfortable, stylish, and the customer service is outstanding. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great experience.

The hotel was amazing. Top notch Hotel with the room,pool, sauna,rooftop with the amazing view. Nearby shopping and dining was a plus. Only negative you have to pay $20 for parking per day which we didn't find out until checking in but overall Amazing stay!

Booked balcony room. Room was actually really spacious, and bright. Was given room 202. DO NOT take this room if you are assigned at check-in. By far the noisiest room I have ever stayed in. It’s literally 20 feet across from the train station. Every 15 minutes, you can hear not just the train, but the announcement of arrival/departure. All.night.long. Room is so close, you can feel the vibrations. Then at 6am, garbage truck picks up right outside. Asked for a different room, at first was told there were none available. We left and came back. Was told they could give us another room but without a balcony on the other side and on 5th floor. It was slightly smaller. We took it. Had to repack and move, so a bit inconvenient but worth it in the end as the noise was much less. Overall, a decent quaint hotel. Just save yourself the aggravation. Don’t book balcony. Not much of a view around the area, the noise isn’t worth it, especially in the lower floors.

I didn’t like the fact that you have to use your key to turn on the lights in your room. I have never seen that before. Also, the area had a lot of homeless people in it. They were kind of noisy at times, especially at night. The room was nice though and I liked the little balcony it had. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience.
