Really lovely stay. Staff are friendly, rooms are spotless (we got upgraded too!!) and in a great location. Only niggle was we were ground floor and it gets very noisy outside with workmen etc. I wouldn’t hesitate to return though!

Little dusty in some corners of the bedroom but otherwise clean. Room was huge. Stayed in 123 amazing accessible bathroom. Full fitted kitchen was unexpected but perfect if you are staying a while. Friendly staff. Breakfast area small for the volume of people - try to go early. Road works outside the hotel little annoying access wise.
