The hotel was in a great location and was clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the option of the car park was a great facility. It was small but we didn’t struggle to get a space. Our room was clean, tidy and comfortable. Would stay here again.

Central hotel with very warm rooms

Central hotel walking distance from everything. Extremely warm rooms, and no AC. They did however have a fan. Best thing with the hogel is the Bar and resturant that is open to 05.00. Quite old hotel that could need a fresh up.

Jonathan was fab, shame about the rest

The only good things about this stay was the price and Jonathan on reception. Would I choose to stay here again. No! The room was booked for two people (twin) but we were only provided with enough towels for one. The main bedroom light was flashing (this was reported shortly after we arrived but it was not fixed for either of the nights that we stayed there. There was no soap in the soap dispenser. The second night my colleague used the duvet off the spare bed in the room to add to the duvet cover that she had because they were too thin. Its a good job she hadn't chosen to sleep in that single bed (there was one double and two single beds in the room) because the bottom sheet was grubby (stained or dirty). The public area wasn't much better. There was snot on the walls in the public toilets downstairs in the restaurant and drip stains down the main door of the toilets. Overall grubby and in need of a deep clean. The lady serving breakfast needs some customer service training. We were at breakfast at 0900 so it wasn't busy (midweek). She told us we couldn't sit at a table for four because we were only a two and the four tables were made up for four. Based on the number of empty four tables (at least ten) I was shocked at the awkwardness. Clearly, we took no notice and sat at a four table because other than the lady, there was no reason why we couldn't. It is a shame that Jonathan works there. He should be at Premier Inn instead, he'd fit right in with their quality

Olimme keikkamatkalla ystäväporukan kanssa, hotelli oli oikein mainio tähän tarkoitukseen. Sijainti erinomainen, Manchesterin keskustan kaupat, ravintolat ja pubit muutaman sadan metrin päässä. Aamiainen ok. Huone siisti ja hotelli rauhallinen, vaikka aulabaari auki aamuyöhön saakka.

God værdi for pengene

I forhold til prisen, er det meget svært at finde noget bedre. Privat badeværelse og morgenmad inkluderet. Værelset var stort og rummeligt, og inkluderede alt nødvendigt. Morgenmad ikke prangende, men alligevel udmærket. Området er tæt på centrum og der er let adgang til byens 2 togstationer med de nærliggende gratis shuttlebusser. Personalet i receptionen var særdeles servicemindet og hjælpsomme med det vi havde brug for, bl.a. print af fodbold billetter.
