Ok
Didn’t expect to be walking through a restaurant or that I would need to call hotel to be let in. Staff struggled to tell if I had booked breakfast or not and I had to show email and then also call hotels.com to confirm. Otherwise service was good. Tv signal was not great so only had a couple of channels to choose from. Tv was also v small and far from the bed. Quality of room was ok. Hotel restaurant looked really good though closed on Mondays.

Noit as advertised
Arrived and the hotel looked like it was closed and I am not convinced it was really open for guests as advertised.
When peering through the window I was greeted politely and then shown to a room.
When asked about breakfast I was told there was no Breakfast as the restaurant was closed, despite me being charged for it.
Room was clean but when making a cup of tea after a long drive i found that the milk provided in the tea facility was months past its date and when opened popped out as a solid lump.
No bar/restaurant/breakfast/tea/coffee.... just a bed and bathroom.
Not quite what I expected and certainly not what I had booked and paid for.
Wonderful staff, great restaurant, rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff really went out of their way to make us feel welcome and to ensure we had an enjoyable stay.

Just about ok
Customer service was good, it would have been 5 star if it weren't for the squeaky bed and broken electric shower. The shower kept changing hot to cold.
our stay for one night was very good .Staff were vert friendly and we had a very nice breakfast Would stay there again.

Horrible neighborhood...be careful!
Went to check in and the office was locked. Had to go to the bar next door which “checked” us in. Walked us up the stairs in the back of the bar to a room which was very old with a dirty bed. The neighborhood was terrible...run down/shuttered buildings...looked like some sort of ghetto. We checked out before even staying.
I stayed here for a couple of nights. The staff were very helpful and welcoming.
I had a meal at the restaurant, which was very good.
The place is being refurbished and once finished will be an excellent venue.
The bedrooms are in the process of being refurbished but the roo was comfortable.
Very happy to recommend and will stay again.
No front of house, no heat in restaurant, no heat in bedroom on arrival. Room so large it took till 9pm for radiators to warm.the room. No tea bags or sweeteners in room, no glasses in room. Broken toilet roll holder. Damaged mirror in bathroom, very poor breakfast. Definitely not worth £100.
I arrived to the hotel not knowing what type of hotel it was. Being a solo traveler i was wary about it. The staff were friendly and showed me to my room. I was upgraded to the biggest room. There was a function going on with loud music playing until 1am. Somehow i managed to drift asleep dispite the loud music. The room was very clean and tidy. Apart from the cupboard which was a mess but i didn't need anything from there. Free toiletries and towels provided was such a relief as i forgot my own. 24/7 check in and check out was a bonus. The only thing i didn't like was the fact despite locking the door from the inside , i pushed it open to see if it would open without turning and it did. That worried me.
It was abit out the way from the places i needed. It cost me £8 to and from in a taxi to where i needed to be. It's close to a Mcdonalds so that's a plus.
Literally SO amazing, staff were just sooo nice, kind and went above and beyond, could not recommend this place more, literally so stunning inside and the room was gorgeous so big and spacious completely not what we were expecting, Can't get over how nice the staff were everything was clean good and great
Just a one night stay, but was one of the best I've ever had.. and I stay in alot of hotels. Great room,a superb menu and the staff were incredible. Will definitely stay their again
Generally all round nice stay at the hotel. The only thing i would say was the shower wasn't up to great standards. The pressure was pretty low which couldn't adjust and could have done with a mat on the floor.
We stayed for one night and dined in the restaurant. The room was very large which was a bonus - great to spread out! The food in the restaurant was amazing and the service was excellent. We ordered our breakfast the night before so it was cooked to perfection. Would definitely recommend and hopefully we will stay again when visiting Salford Quays - why pay silly prices to stay at the Quays when 20 minutes up the road you can have the luxury of authentic Italian cuisine then walk upstairs to bed!
