Very minimal conversation with staff upon checking in and out, staff were no the friendliest. The room although nice did not look like the pictures and was very small. Our room has a toilet pipe running next to it so every time someone flushed above us this went through the room which was very very off putting. Our room was above what I assume was a staff entrance which was loud throughout. I would have thought staff would be aware of this. No amenities in the room other than shower gel, shampoo conditioner. Very basic. Won’t be staying again

Lovely room though not as luxurious as in the photographs. Fabulous area, easy to get into the city. Lots of good restaurants on the doorstep. Very posh coffee machine but rationed pods. One more per person per day would have gone down very well. Staff are all very welcoming and happy to help.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Very convenient , very clean. Shower controls confusing. A little noisy when bars and pubs close.
