Having traveled extensively across the country and stayed in many top hotels, this one truly stood out. The room was comfortable and beautifully appointed, offering everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The food was delicious and thoughtfully prepared, while the staff were friendly, attentive, and professional throughout my visit. The bar was also a great spot to unwind, with a wonderful atmosphere and excellent service. I would highly recommend The Parkgate Hotel Cardiff to anyone looking for a top-class stay – it genuinely exceeded all my expectations!"

"Lovely location about a 5 min walk from central train station. 2 entrances - one on Mary street pedestran area and directly next to an LGBTQIA pub :), spitfire bbq across the street, convient access to 3 arcades and Cardiff Market, 15 min walk to the Cardiff castle. Staff very friendly and the clean modern rooms (on 6th floor) are quiet with minimal street noise. Breakfast is a good variety of fry up items, cereal, fruit and yogurts. Would stay here again!"
