The room and service is good. But the washroom is so small and with limited space

In the half board they did not have good food Variety. In the breakfast they ask to pay coffee

I was initially very impressed by your staff at reception. Although my room wasnt ready at the specified time, 2pm, I was eventually told I had been upgraded. I dont believe this to be the truth, as on inspection, I found many rooms to be the same. The staff in the dining rooms were very polite, Levy being someone who should be praised for going above and beyond what was expected. A very polite, charming and friendly man. However, sraff aside, I thought the breakfast options were limited and the same every day. I also found out that the rooftop bar and restaurant was not available which was a disappointment to both myself and my partner. Overall, the hotel and sraff were very good, but by asking my opinion, I believe that there could still be improvements. However, it was very nice and I would not hesitate to stay there again. Everything about the hotel was exceptional, from the staff, rooms, food, all absolutely first class. A couple of the staff to mention were the 'captain' in the dining room (Raj), what an excellent employee, could not have been more friendly and helpful, and a geniunely lovely person to speak to. Also on the housekeeping staff was Amara, again she was lovely, great at her job, and went above and beyond in looking after our room. All of the reception staff were superb too, together with the kitchen staff who just prepared such excellent food. Will definitely return and would recommend the hotel to anyone.
