We had a great stay with great service! It started with Hashen who delivered our bags. He was so friendly and helpful. He knew our name each time he saw us. Loreen was so kind and helpful during check-in. Our stay was relaxing and the daily breakfast was great. Our stay also included a lovely floating breakfast. Everything was wonderful during our weekend.

We had a wonderful stay here. It's a beautiful hotel, with breathtaking views, not to mention it's connected to the mall. All the staff were welcoming and very polite. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was at prime location. Functionally was a bit undermined due to the situation and was really dissapointed in the breakfast selection as I had stayed in 2022 and was impressed with the spread, hence rebooking but this visit I was met with a dingy menu and very apathetic service.

The staff was accommodating with allowing mevto have a late check out. Rooms are simple and clean. Nice ammeties however tje gym opens at 9am which preferably is late especially for hotels. I do think morning staff can work on their communication. I had questions regarding my stay and I was not taken ...
